Complimentary shipping on all orders placed within the UK.

Standard UK shipping takes 2 to 3 working days. Made To Order items each have a specific dispatch time so please read the item T&C's before purchase as these are ineligible for refund.

UNDERFOUND® accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

UNDERFOUND® features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

Klarna: We now offer interest free finance using the aforementioned service providers.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Made To Order items are not eligible for refund unless there is a fault with the product to which the 14 days still applies.

Returns are at the cost of the customer. As a guide, a tracked UK return typically costs around £6.95. This figure is an estimate only. The actual amount you pay depends on the carrier, service and parcel size you choose.
