Who we are
One building. A chair, a rail, a camera.
UNDERFOUND opened in 2022 at 11 Oxford Road, Altrincham. It began with one singular vision to combine all manner of grooming services with the best in independent fashion brands and Live Music.
Everything in store is chosen by us and sold by us. Nothing is bought because an algorithm said it would move. We stock labels we love, from people we have personal relationships with.
Online and in store are the same stock, the same prices and the same team behind them, so a piece that lands with us is genuinely available to anyone in Worldwide.

Two reasons to walk in
A hair studio and a shop under one roof
Most stockists wait for someone to browse. Our clients are already in the building with an appointment and get to browse our boutique in one singular experience. Our appointments are longer than the traditional barbers or hairstylists to not only give a stronger consultation and experience, but to provide this multi tier experience that is like no other.
A real high street
Altrincham, not a pop up
Altrincham is known for not only a more afluent customer base, but an affinity to independent business that is unlike most towns within the UK. We are found at 11 Oxford Road, minutes from the Interchange and the Market House, in a town that people travel into for the day. A permanent space in a permanent room, open Tuesday to Saturday and one of only x4 independent fashion boutiques in the area all with a vastly different portfolio.

We talk about the label, not just the garment
Our team learn where a piece was made, why the cut is the way it is and who the designer is. That story is what turns a first look into a sale, and it is the part most retailers skip. Every brand partner we work with has a unique story to tell and we delight in sharing that with our customers. We pride ourselves on the selection of sustainable and ethical brands, and see our partners as part of the solution to the damage fast fashion is doing to the ecosystem.

Film, newsletter and social behind every drop
We shoot our own content, publish a journal, run a mini series in store Heavy Pencil and curate our own mailing list. Stocking with us means your brand appears in that work and is an integrated part of that story, not just a product on a shelf.

Our mailing list, journal and film series are ours. When we back a label, we put it in front of people directly rather than renting attention.

We keep it direct and quick. Commercial terms are agreed brand by brand rather than forced through one template.

Send your linesheet, lookbook or Instagram. We look at craft, point of view and whether it sits alongside the current roster.

Samples and fit
We review pieces in person where we can. Fabric, finish and how it hangs on a real rail matter more than a flat lay.

Terms agreed
We agree quantities, timings and commercial terms directly with you. No agency in the middle.

Onboarding
Your pieces go live in store and online at the same time, photographed and written up properly, with sizes and stock kept in sync.

Launch support
Newsletter feature, social and film where it fits, plus a pre-order window through our membership when a drop suits it.
