Delivery, returns and everything else
- How long does UK delivery take?
- Delivery is free on all UK orders and takes 2 to 3 working days. Made to order items have their own dispatch time, shown on the product page.
- Can I return something?
- Yes. Items returned within 14 days of the shipment date, in the same condition they arrived in, are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Made to order items are not eligible unless the piece is faulty.
- How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?
- Emails to info@theunderfound.com are answered within one working day, Tuesday to Saturday. Product enquiries about sizing or stock usually come back the same day.
- Can I buy in store as well as online?
- Yes. Everything online is stocked at 11 Oxford Road, Altrincham, and the stock levels you see here are the same ones the shop floor works from.
- How do pre-orders work?
- Pre-order pieces are paid for at checkout and ship when the collection lands. The arrival window is shown on the product page, and Disciples members save 10 percent on pre-order lines.
