CAN I CANCEL MY DISCIPLE MEMBERSHIP?
You are free to cancel your membership at any point including having your contact details removed from our database, unfortunately once removed you will no longer receive any direct emails featuring notification around exclusive events or discounts.
CAN I COLLECT FROM STORE?
When ordering online you can request for the item to be sent to our store to be found at Underfound Altrincham, 11 Oxford Road, Altrincham, WA14 2DY.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Complimentary shipping on all orders placed within the UK.
- Shipping on average takes 5 working days due to the nature of the limited run of items. Made To Order items each have a specific dispatch time so please read the item T&C's before purchase as these are ineligible for refund.

PAYMENT METHODS
UNDERFOUND® accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- UNDERFOUND® features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- Klarna/Clear Pay: We now offer interest free finance using the aforementioned service providers.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Made To Order items are not eligible for refund unless there is a fault with the product to which the 14 days still applies.
